Stoke-on-Trent
Commissioned pay: £12.50 - £15.00 - Assistant rate 
£15.00 - £17.50 - Lead rate
 
The hourly rate will be agreed prior to any deployment and will vary depending on the hourly length and project.
Hours of work: Varied
Duration of role: (Subject to change)Ongoing


Job description

This role would be responsible for conducting engaging activities with young people in community settings. The majority of provision would be open access schemes during after school hours, school holidays and events. It consists of identifying positive activities with young people who are often already in identified neighbourhoods. This could include sports activities, play games, youth work and activities at community events. Some of these activities may be themed around healthy eating, heritage, the arts or other identified needs within the community.
